How To Install & Use Elementor Website Template Kits

Template Kit is not a WordPress Theme. It is the website templates that contain the design data for Elementor only and are installed using the envato Elements plugin for WordPress or directly through Elementor. To successfully integrate Elementor Template Kits obtained from us into your WordPress site, you need to follow specific steps that involve uploading and installing the templates.

Import Template Kits

• Install and Activate the Envato Elements plugin from Plugins > Add New in WordPress
• Do not unzip template kit ZIP file that you have obtained.
• Go to Elements > Installed Kits and click the Upload Template Kit button.
• Go to Pages and create a new page and click Edit with Elementor
• Click the gear icon at lower-left of the builder to view page settings and choose Elementor Full Width and hide page title
• Click the gray folder icon to access My Templates tab and then Import the page you’d like to customize

Before importing a template, ensure the Install Requirements button is clicked to activate required plugins.

For best results, do not import more than one template at a time.

Create Page Using Template Kits

• Go to Pages and create a new page and click Edit with Elementor
• Click the gear icon at lower-left of the builder to view page settings and choose Elementor Full Width and hide page title
• Click the gray folder icon to access My Templates tab and then Import the page you’d like to customize

Setting Homepage

You may set the main landing page of your website under Settings > Reading by selecting Static Front Page and the page you want to show.

Import Header and Footer:

Make sure you have installed the Elementor – Header, Footer & Blocks plugin.

For the header: Go to Appearance – Header Footer & Blocks click the Add New button. In the Template type field select Header, in the Display On field select Entire Website. Then click on the Edit with Elementor button and insert the Header Section template.

For the footer: Go to Appearance – Header Footer & Blocks click the Add New button. In the Template type field select Footer, in the Display On field select Entire Website. Then click on the Edit with Elementor button and insert the Footer Section template.
